After completing the Big Dogs training videos, I think that it is a must watch
for anyone entering the business of commercial real estate. It gives
you all of the tools to set up a business that will continue to grow and
be successful year in and year out. The program also will rejuvenate
and get any professional at any stage of their career back to the basics
and making more money. The program will give you more lasting results
and more improvement of all aspects of the sales process than any one or
two day seminar can, It is not a rah-rah get fired up for a few days,
but a plan over time to become a Top Dog in your market.

Per our phone call: We implemented the Top Dogs program in our CBRE
Commerce office. The program was excellent. The content and presentation
format were perfect. Not too long and basically straight to the point.
Having read and participated in numerous selling enhancement programs, I
found this to be a concise presentation of all the necessary basics to
succeed in commercial brokerage. The program is perfect for new brokers
or those lacking direction, but with some experience. As an 8 year
broker, much of the information was not news to me, rather it was a
refresher of what needs to be done. If followed closely and used in
conjunction with a senior mentor, the program will increase new brokers
success rate while limiting the time commitment of the senior broker.

Dear Bob,
I am a Mechanical Engineer with a background in construction, both
commercial buildings with a local GC and heavy civil work with a large
explosives manufacturer. I had my own development and design company and
ended up doing a lot of real estate research for people but needed a
license to collect commissions, which is how I came to be sponsored by
Phil. Having taken some real estate classes, read several books, and
done tons of internet research I was starting to feel comfortable with
my base of information. I started picking the brains of several of the
other agents and brokers in the office but found that they all worked
differently and sometimes the advice was contradictory. I was starting
to get frustrated. Then Phil started several of us on the Top Dogs
series of tapes. It has been exactly what I needed. I had some project
management work but that was reliant on other brokers and I needed to
generate my own work. What I needed was a list of daily activities that
