Bob
McComb,
author of
Navigating Commercial Property Leases
was a founding officer of Starboard Commercial Real Estate
and was the first president of the firm as well. He has been
in commercial real estate for 19 years and boasts 17 years
of commercial leasing experience in office and industrial
properties. The hundreds of San Francisco Bay Area
properties that he has handled include community commercial
properties up to the Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco,
and he has negotiated hundreds of commercial lease
transactions. He is a highly successful broker, manager,
